Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on ada7. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. To register, you agree to the following:

• All registration details, including name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, must be accurate and current.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. ada7 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access if you have failed to protect your login credentials.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party is strictly forbidden. Any such activity will result in permanent closure of the account.
• ada7 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, suspend accounts under investigation, or freeze funds while conducting KYC verification.

ada7 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Players must note the following financial terms:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page. These amounts are subject to change and will be updated with prior notice.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Processing times may vary between 24 and 72 hours depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited within minutes. In the event of a delayed deposit, players should contact support with their transaction reference number.
• ada7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

ada7 regularly offers bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, and other Bangladesh-specific occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is met in full.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud.
• ada7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their bonus adjusted accordingly.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period (typically 48 hours) and will expire if not used within this window. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

ada7 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, coordinate bets, or exploit any weakness in game logic. This includes soft-playing in poker and table games.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means, or depositing funds with no genuine intention of placing bets.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at other players or ada7 support staff via any communication channel on the platform.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and data published on ada7.ws are the exclusive intellectual property of ada7 or its licensed content providers. You agree to the following restrictions:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, adapt, or commercially exploit any ada7 content without express written permission from ada7.
• Unauthorized use of ada7 trademarks, service marks, or logos in any form — whether in digital, print, or broadcast media — constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may lead to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ada7 expressly excludes all warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the platform and its services. Specifically:

• ada7 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by a player as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical failure or network disruption.
• In the event of a game malfunction, misquoted odds, or technical error that results in an incorrect payout, ada7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account.
• ada7 is not responsible for any interruptions to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or force majeure events.

ada7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, use of bots, collusion, or fraudulent financial activity.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player.
• If ada7 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform or to other players.

ada7 may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated version to ada7.ws/terms-conditions. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the page. Your continued use of the ada7 platform following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of a dispute between a player and ada7, we encourage all parties to first attempt resolution through our customer support team at [email protected]. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute process outlined in our FAQ. ada7 aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner consistent with safe and reliable platform standards.
